Studio Concierge

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Studio, operated by Circles Co Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse Studio. You will not: violate any law; infringe others’ rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems; or use Studio to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.
You retain all rights to the content and data you put into Studio. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and consents needed to use it.
If you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar to Studio’s Booking feature, you also agree to that provider’s terms: the Google Terms of Service or the Microsoft Services Agreement. You are responsible for having the right to connect the account you connect.
You may disconnect at any time, from Studio or from the provider. A connection can also stop working for reasons outside our control — a revoked permission, an expired credential, or a provider outage. When Studio cannot read a connected calendar it stops offering that person’s times rather than guessing, so a connection you have not noticed has lapsed will show as unavailability rather than as double bookings.
Parts of Studio use YouTube API Services. When you use those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s Privacy Policy describes how Google handles information it receives.
Studio does not process card payments itself. Payments your organization collects through Studio are processed by the payment processor you choose in Studio, under your own account with that processor:
Money you collect settles in your own processor account, not with us. Your processor sets its own fees under your agreement with it. Studio’s fee is set by your plan: on Stripe it is deducted from each payment, and on Authorize.net or QuickBooks Payments it is added up each day and charged to the payment method on your Studio account. Card numbers go directly from the payment form to your processor; Studio never stores them.
We work to keep Studio available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You may stop using Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.
Studio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circles Co Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Studio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
