Our process

From custom builds to one platform.

For years, the work meant building things from scratch. A custom app here, a brand and website there, for companies, churches, and nonprofits. It worked, but it was slow, and every organization ended up with the same disconnected stack: a CRM in one place, payments in another, events and people scattered across spreadsheets.

Studio is the answer to that. Instead of rebuilding the same foundations over and over, we put them into one platform shaped with intention. Layouts, branding, and details flex to fit each organization, while the core system stays solid and reliable, so the people you serve never fall through the cracks between tools.

The result is something ready to launch and flexible enough to grow: one record per person, with giving, events, and operations already connected.

Ismael Burciaga

Founder & Creative Visionary

Ismael has been designing and building for the web since 2003, helping organizations turn ideas into clear, usable experiences. His background spans web design, branding, and WordPress development, with a focus on work that is practical, well structured, and built to last.

After years of leading custom projects through Circles Co Collective, he launched Studio to offer a more approachable way for organizations to run on one platform. It reflects his belief that most people do not need endless options or complex processes. They need a clear starting point, a reliable system, and the confidence to move forward.

Today he leads Studio hands on, blending thoughtful design with proven foundations so organizations can launch faster and grow without starting over.

Where we come from

Built by people who actually run events.

Studio isn’t theoretical. For years we led Circles Conference, a creative conference recognized by Forbes among the top conferences to attend in 2016. We’ve sold the tickets, checked in attendees, processed the payments, and sweated the logistics of live events ourselves. That hard-won experience is built right into Studio’s events and ticketing tools.
